This friendly hostel open offers you the ideal place to truly experience the real Gaspésie. Thirty minutes away from the Gaspésie National Park and the Chic-Chocs mountains (Ste-Anne-des-Monts), come and stay in the hostel itself, in a cabin, a yourte, a tent or a tee pee, all on private property a stone's throw from the sea. With the sound of the waves nearby, enjoy the mountains during the day, and our own entertainment in the evenings. The 2010 winter season will be awesome. The Sea Shack is 30 minutes away from the Gaspésie National Park which contains the Chic-Choc Mountain range, the highest mountains in southern Quebec. You can also find the largest number of moose in Quebec and the only Caribou herd south of the St-Laurence. The park offers hikes for all levels - the Sea Shack team are happy to supply you with more info.
